"MegaPath was a welcome change in quality of service from our previous providers. We had become accustomed to dropped calls and poor customer support. When we finally had had enough, we found MegaPath and it’s one of the best business decisions we have made. We don’t have anymore [sic] dropped calls or outages that cost us potential clients. MegaPath also providers [sic] our Internet service now too which is helpful to have both services coming from the same provider."

"Our company has been utilizing MegPath's services for over two years now. The training provided to us as administrators, and to our staff was very comprehensive. They got us set up and running fairly quickly. Since inception, I have had to use their technical support several times. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and very timely--no matter how small, or large a problem might be. Their new Customer Portal for Voice Administration is set up for ease of use as well. Overall, our company has been very satisfied with the service received."

"I have been a Megapath [sic] partner for almost 10 years. We have used them for VOIP and internet service for our customers throughout the U.S. We've been very fortunate to have a great account manager and access to the correct people that have made things happen in locations where connectivity was difficult.

We only recommend Megapath [sic] to our customers for internet access especially for enterprise customers.

Pricing is competitive and consistent. Support is exceptional, especially at level 2."

"We could not be happier with the Voice service we are receiving from Megapath [sic]. The installation was smooth when switching over from analog phone lines to VoIP. We have over 25 phones on a Hosted Voice plan. The online Voice Portal is very [easy] to use and allows us to adjust many advanced features instantaneously. I highly recommend Megapath [sic]!"

"We're using MegaPath for our small nonprofit's Internet and Phones. When we were shopping around, MegaPath had, by far, the most competitive prices and broadest selection of services; we got exactly what we need, no more, and no compromises. I also have to say, the install process and porting our service from our prior provider was mind-blowingly organized. It was a case study for me in how to project-manage a complex process. The MegaPath crew walked us through every step of the way, was accommodating to our schedule, and was prompt in their responses to our inquiries. We had an early bandwidth issue, and the support crew was on it quickly with a repair. They even scheduled an appointment to train us in the customer portal. It is clear that in all areas, from sales through support, MegaPath doesn't just talk customer service jargon, they are committed to successful relationships with their customers."
