"MegaPath is AWESOME!! - Our growing business needed a new phone system and MegaPath has been great to work with. From the beginning our Project Manager was awesome at setting up our entire system and getting it up and running. Now anytime we have issues or question regarding our system, EVERY Voice Operations employee we speak with is courteous, knowledgeable, professional and wonderful to work with; they have worked hard to answer or fix any issues we have. "They are Terrific."

"When our company relocated, it was time for a change. We had another phone company, that we were not happy with. Phone calls that were dropped often, and customers saying that they couldn't hear us. We used a broker to find us the best fit for our growing company. Megapath [sic] was highly recommended. I worked with all the different departments from beginning to end, and all departments worked well at getting the job down. When I have had to address tech support, they have been 100% on point. From training, on how to use the features on the new phones, to the different services that would enhance our business. They are Terrific. I would recommend Megapath [sic] to anyone needing new service."

"Our business switched to MegaPath almost a year ago and we are very pleased with the service. The voice quality is very crisp and clear, the Customer Service is top notch and the sales department is very knowledgeable and helpful. We recently added another extension at a separate location over 100 miles away and you wouldn't even know the employee isn't in the next room. Also, all we had to do was plug in the phone and it worked perfectly with our current service. Excellent!"

"Our company has been utilizing MegPath's services for over two years now. The training provided to us as administrators, and to our staff was very comprehensive. They got us set up and running fairly quickly. Since inception, I have had to use their technical support several times. The staff is always courteous and helpful, and very timely--no matter how small, or large a problem might be. Their new Customer Portal for Voice Administration is set up for ease of use as well. Overall, our company has been very satisfied with the service received."
