"We are a small architectural firm with 15 employees and our phones are one of our most important tools. We needed to save money, but maintain all of the features a large company has as far as telecommunications resources are concerned. Megapath [sic] helped us with both, we saved money over our traditional phone service including eliminating our PBX technician costs and we ended up with state of the art telecommunications features."

"Tech support has been very responsive…"

"I am an IT professional and own and operate a company specializing in technology for the small business sector. I have been using Megapath's [sic] hosted voice for some of my clients for a few of years now. These clients have multiple locations as well as teleworkers and their desired call flow can be rather fluid at times. I have been very pleased with the flexibility of the system. Tech support has been very responsive and the technicians themselves are knowledgeable. I recently setup a call center for a client and was impressed with the web based supervisor app that allows you to see all of the activity associated with the call center agents. A great way to make sure employees are handling both call flow and the calls with customers themselves properly. So far after a few years I am still very pleased with the service."

"I don't know why we didn't switch over sooner!"

"Recently switched over to Megapath [sic] from one of the other major providers and I couldn't be happier. The installation process was smooth and easy. There were a few minor hiccups after install but we smoothed them out. The customer service has been outstanding. I can say my service is much clearer and we are not having problems dropping calls like we were with our other provider. I don't know why we didn't switch over sooner!"
