"I am paying 70% less with MegaPath..."

"I replaced my 3 lines at 8x8 with 3 lines at Megapath [sic]. The voice quality at Megapath seems a bit better, but it was the price that primarily got me to move. I was with 8x8 for over 4 years, and while various VOIP vendors kept suggesting they had better service/pricing, it was never enough to go through the hassle of a switch... until Megapath showed me their pricing. I am paying 70% less with Megapath, for essentially the same services as 8x8. The migration was painless, I ported one public phone number and had no issues.

I would definitely recommend Megapath."

"We're using MegaPath for our small nonprofit's Internet and Phones. When we were shopping around, MegaPath had, by far, the most competitive prices and broadest selection of services; we got exactly what we need, no more, and no compromises. I also have to say, the install process and porting our service from our prior provider was mind-blowingly organized. It was a case study for me in how to project-manage a complex process. The MegaPath crew walked us through every step of the way, was accommodating to our schedule, and was prompt in their responses to our inquiries. We had an early bandwidth issue, and the support crew was on it quickly with a repair. They even scheduled an appointment to train us in the customer portal. It is clear that in all areas, from sales through support, MegaPath doesn't just talk customer service jargon, they are committed to successful relationships with their customers."
