"I don't know why we didn't switch over sooner!"

"Recently switched over to Megapath [sic] from one of the other major providers and I couldn't be happier. The installation process was smooth and easy. There were a few minor hiccups after install but we smoothed them out. The customer service has been outstanding. I can say my service is much clearer and we are not having problems dropping calls like we were with our other provider. I don't know why we didn't switch over sooner!"

"They are Terrific."

"When our company relocated, it was time for a change. We had another phone company, that we were not happy with. Phone calls that were dropped often, and customers saying that they couldn't hear us. We used a broker to find us the best fit for our growing company. Megapath [sic] was highly recommended. I worked with all the different departments from beginning to end, and all departments worked well at getting the job down. When I have had to address tech support, they have been 100% on point. From training, on how to use the features on the new phones, to the different services that would enhance our business. They are Terrific. "Transition to new location and phones - We moved one of our office locations and upgraded to new Polycom phone sets at both sites. The sales, project management and technical staff at MegaPath helped us to find the best service and equipment solution for interfacing with the building infrastructure and worked with the building owner's IT department located in Italy. In the end, MegaPath came through for us."
