"We're using MegaPath at one of our sales and service shops. Even though we are in a technology black hole, and wireless internet is our only option, the [MegaPath] VoIP phone system is working awesome! Running on a 6/6 Mbp/s connection and 7 phones we haven't had any issues with call quality or dropped calls. The phone manager has a plethora of features for how calls are routed, and there are plenty of support document [sic] to help you figure it out."

"I've always had responsive service from MP [MegaPath] to resolve an issue. Their level 2 and Core/design guys are good. I utilize their services from WAN design, credit card services to SSL access. I feel Megapath [sic] is a good and stable provider of network services. They definitely deserve consideration when making a decision when choosing a provider."

"Tech support has been very responsive…"

"I am an IT professional and own and operate a company specializing in technology for the small business sector. I have been using Megapath's [sic] hosted voice for some of my clients for a few of years now. These clients have multiple locations as well as teleworkers and their desired call flow can be rather fluid at times. I have been very pleased with the flexibility of the system. Tech support has been very responsive and the technicians themselves are knowledgeable. I recently setup a call center for a client and was impressed with the web based supervisor app that allows you to see all of the activity associated with the call center agents. A great way to make sure employees are handling both call flow and the calls with customers themselves properly. So far after a few years I am still very pleased with the service."

"I am paying 70% less with MegaPath..."

"I replaced my 3 lines at 8x8 with 3 lines at Megapath [sic]. The voice quality at Megapath seems a bit better, but it was the price that primarily got me to move. I was with 8x8 for over 4 years, and while various VOIP vendors kept suggesting they had better service/pricing, it was never enough to go through the hassle of a switch... until Megapath showed me their pricing. I am paying 70% less with Megapath, for essentially the same services as 8x8. The migration was painless, I ported one public phone number and had no issues.

I would definitely recommend Megapath."
