"We've had issues with our dsl service for the internet, but whenever we called Megapath [sic], they were quick to respond. They worked well with other providers to isolate the problems and get them resolved. Provided new options for alternative types of service and we are currently getting a new T1 line installed."

I also have to say, the install process and porting our service from our prior provider was mind-blowingly organized. It was a case study for me in how to project-manage a complex process. We had an early bandwidth issue, and the support crew was on it quickly with a repair. They even scheduled an appointment to train us in the customer portal.
