"I had a great experience with Megapath [sic] install. Their installer was professional and well versed in networking. Everything was working flawlessly before he left and continues to work flawlessly. I'm getting consistently good speeds and have no trouble streaming and gaming. I would use Megapath over Comcast any day.

When we were shopping around, MegaPath had, by far, the most competitive prices and broadest selection of services; we got exactly what we need, no more, and no compromises. I also have to say, the install process and porting our service from our prior provider was mind-blowingly organized. It was a case study for me in how to project-manage a complex process. The MegaPath crew walked us through every step of the way, was accommodating to our schedule, and was prompt in their responses to our inquiries. We had an early bandwidth issue, and the support crew was on it quickly with a repair. They even scheduled an appointment to train us in the customer portal.
