"We're using MegaPath at one of our sales and service shops. Even though we are in a technology black hole, and wireless internet is our only option, the [MegaPath] VoIP phone system is working awesome! Running on a 6/6 Mbp/s connection and 7 phones we haven't had any issues with call quality or dropped calls. The phone manager has a plethora of features for how calls are routed, and there are plenty of support document [sic] to help you figure it out."

We had an early bandwidth issue, and the support crew was on it quickly with a repair. They even scheduled an appointment to train us in the customer portal. So far everything has been great. Tech support was quick when I called in about our IP block and router setup. "We are a small architectural firm with 15 employees and our phones are one of our most important tools. We needed to save money, but maintain all of the features a large company has as far as telecommunications resources are concerned. Megapath [sic] helped us with both, we saved money over our traditional phone service including eliminating our PBX technician costs and we ended up with state of the art telecommunications features."
