“We chose Megapath [sic] to replace our slow AT&T DSL business service in June, 2015. Our download speed was increased slightly, however, our upload speed is now 5 TIMES FASTER! The new upload speed helps us send emails and files much faster than we could before. They are very communicative, always informing us ahead of time of any maintenance that needs to be performed on our line. Maintenance is always performed during non-working hours which really benefits us by avoiding any downtime.”

"Our company has been using Megapath for the past 4-5 years for a couple of services i.e. MPLS line from CT to MS and an internet/data line in Wallingford CT. The team we interact with is great to work with. Despite their recent past M&A activities, which obviously bring its own share of logistical issues, it was nice to see that the company has been able to manage well all along including management's willingness to consider any accommodation, any flexibility required for the benefit of customers’ needs. It is basically the people of that company and their professionalism, which makes it easy for us to continue to engage with them. Keep up the good work."

"We've had issues with our dsl service for the internet, but whenever we called Megapath [sic], they were quick to respond. They worked well with other providers to isolate the problems and get them resolved. Provided new options for alternative types of service and we are currently getting a new T1 line installed."
