MegaPath Broadband Reviews

The MegaPath broadband reviews below were submitted to a variety of independent review sites, as well as to MegaPath directly.

MegaPath broadband Internet services include a wide selection of speeds and access technologies, giving you affordable choices available from a single high-speed Internet provider. Our high-speed broadband services include business T1, Bonded T1, Ethernet, Fiber, DSL, and Cable. We also offer Managed WiFi (Wireless LAN) as a fully managed, secure, hassle-free WiFi service. Both our business-class high-speed broadband access and our Managed WiFi service are available in all 50 states.

The wide selection of broadband access speeds and technologies enables businesses to select the access that fits their business needs and their budget at each location. That's one of the reasons for the strength of the MegaPath broadband reviews found below.

Fiber with speeds up to 10 Gbps gives you bandwidth for your most depending applications.

Symmetrical Business Ethernet with speeds to 135x135 Mbps is great for mission-critical applications, and is commonly used by businesses that require more bandwidth than a bonded T1 for large file uploads and downloads.

Asymmetrical Business Ethernet with speeds up to 50x10 Mbps, and dedicated bandwidth, is a true business-class alternative to cable. It’s particularly well suited for businesses that need affordable service with fast download speeds, but don’t require fast upload speeds.

A T1 offers symmetrical speeds of 12 Mbps. T1s are a great fit for businesses that have multiple offices and need mission-critical reliability.

DS3/OCx service is symmetrical and available at multi-Gigabit speeds. Businesses looking for maximum performance, extreme speed, and robust SLAs will appreciate this service.

Wireless Internet running on 3G and 4G LTE network technologies is great for businesses that need an affordable business-class broadband connection for teleworkers and remote workers; remote locations where DSL and Cable access are unavailable; temporary access; and as a fully redundant backup solution.

Satellite Internet access suits businesses that have a highly distributed workforce or locations where terrestrial access is unavailable.

Cable Internet is available nationwide and attractive to businesses looking for affordable yet high-bandwidth access and can tolerate best-effort service availability and unspecified uptime guarantees.

Data Reviews

"The team we interact with is great to work with."

"Our company has been using Megapath for the past 4-5 years for a couple of services i.e. MPLS line from CT to MS and an internet/data line in Wallingford CT. The team we interact with is great to work with. Despite their recent past M&A activities, which obviously bring its own share of logistical issues, it was nice to see that the company has been able to manage well all along including management's willingness to consider any accommodation, any flexibility required for the benefit of customers’ needs. It is basically the people of that company and their professionalism, which makes it easy for us to continue to engage with them. Keep up the good work."

"our upload speed is now 5 TIMES FASTER!...They are very communicative..."

Rated 4/5 based on 5 customer reviews

“We chose Megapath [sic] to replace our slow AT&T DSL business service in June, 2015. Our download speed was increased slightly, however, our upload speed is now 5 TIMES FASTER! The new upload speed helps us send emails and files much faster than we could before. They are very communicative, always informing us ahead of time of any maintenance that needs to be performed on our line. Maintenance is always performed during non-working hours which really benefits us by avoiding any downtime.”

"...we've had no problems since switching. Highly recommended!"

Rated 5/5 based on 5 customer reviews

"We recently switched to Megapath [sic], and after ordering service our previous provider disconnected our circuit nearly three weeks ahead of schedule. We were down hard, losing sales. Megapath [sic] stepped up and accelerated their install to minimize downtime, at no cost to us.

They're great to work with and we've had no problems since switching. Highly recommended!"

"...bent over backwards to make sure our business was not interrupted."

Rated 4/5 based on 5 customer reviews

"VOIP for an Insurance Agency - After moving into our new location our old company had delayed our port and MegaPath set up temp numbers to forward and sent 3g hotshots so our office could function due to a speed issue with the dsl line. These people bent over backwards to make sure our business was not interrupted.

I would recommend Megapath [sic] to others based on my initial experience with them and feedback from co-workers."

"They have always met their SLAs..."

"I have dealt with Covad for many years and the move to MegaPath was nothing more than a name change to me and my company. I have no issues with support – connection – equipment issues. They have always met their SLAs that they have...I have to say since I started using Covad/MegaPath – I have not missed a startup date at one of my branches."

"...has taken care of all of our data and communications needs."

Rated 5/5 based on 5 customer reviews

"We operate a 40-employee landscaping and construction company and Megapath [sic] has taken care of all of our data and communications needs. The VoIP service they provide offers a seamless and reliable way to keep in touch with our sales team, field employees, and customers. The system integrates well with our cell phone as well, so that we can always make sure we are available to take calls, and ensure we do not lose any business."
