"We recently switched to Megapath [sic], and after ordering service our previous provider disconnected our circuit nearly three weeks ahead of schedule. We were down hard, losing sales. Megapath [sic] stepped up and accelerated their install to minimize downtime, at no cost to us.

They're great to work with and we've had no problems since switching. Highly recommended!"

“We chose Megapath [sic] to replace our slow AT&T DSL business service in June, 2015. Our download speed was increased slightly, however, our upload speed is now 5 TIMES FASTER! The new upload speed helps us send emails and files much faster than we could before. They are very communicative, always informing us ahead of time of any maintenance that needs to be performed on our line. Maintenance is always performed during non-working hours which really benefits us by avoiding any downtime.”

"From start to finish, to everyday use, MegaPath VoIP has been a great experience. Our company moved from [another provider’s VoIP] to MegaPath VoIP. [The other provider] does not offer QoS and could not guarantee call quality. Let me put it this way; We resorted to using our personal cell phones to make business calls. That is how poor the quality was. MegaPath offered us QoS on a rock solid circuit. One office lady stated; "The calls are so clear it's like voices in your head". So I guess you can say it's crazy good call quality. The set up process with MegaPath is exceptional. [The other provider] was a very hands off and required that our company provide its own circuit and its own install as well as it's [sic] own administration. With MegaPath you have a team on your side for the life of your service, and all at roughly the same cost as un-managed systems."

Even though we are in a technology black hole, and wireless internet is our only option, the [MegaPath] VoIP phone system is working awesome! Running on a 6/6 Mbp/s connection and 7 phones we haven't had any issues with call quality or dropped calls. The phone manager has a plethora of features for how calls are routed, and there are plenty of support document [sic] to help you figure it out."

"When our company relocated, it was time for a change. We had another phone company, that we were not happy with. Phone calls that were dropped often, and customers saying that they couldn't hear us. We used a broker to find us the best fit for our growing company. Megapath [sic] was highly recommended. "I replaced my 3 lines at 8x8 with 3 lines at Megapath [sic]. The voice quality at Megapath seems a bit better, but it was the price that primarily got me to move. I was with 8x8 for over 4 years, and while various VOIP vendors kept suggesting they had better service/pricing, it was never enough to go through the hassle of a switch... until Megapath showed me their pricing. I am paying 70% less with Megapath, for essentially the same services as 8x8. The migration was painless, I ported one public phone number and had no issues.

I would definitely recommend Megapath."

"Tech support has been very responsive…"

"I am an IT professional and own and operate a company specializing in technology for the small business sector. I have been using Megapath's [sic] hosted voice for some of my clients for a few of years now. These clients have multiple locations as well as teleworkers and their desired call flow can be rather fluid at times. I have been very pleased with the flexibility of the system. Tech support has been very responsive and the technicians themselves are knowledgeable. I recently setup a call center for a client and was impressed with the web based supervisor app that allows you to see all of the activity associated with the call center agents. A great way to make sure employees are handling both call flow and the calls with customers themselves properly. So far after a few years I am still very pleased with the service."

We have used them for VOIP and internet service for our customers throughout the U.S. We've been very fortunate to have a great account manager and access to the correct people that have made things happen in locations where connectivity was difficult.

We only recommend Megapath [sic] to our customers for internet access especially for enterprise customers.
